This exceptional Royal Oak Tourbillon reference 25831 was produced by Audemars Piguet to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the legendary Royal Oak, one of the most iconic watches in modern watchmaking history.
Introduced in the late 1990s, this model represents one of the most refined and technically sophisticated interpretations of the celebrated design created by Gérald Genta in 1972. The case and integrated bracelet are crafted entirely in 18K pink gold, featuring the signature combination of satin brushed and polished finishes typical of the Royal Oak collection.
The dial features the classic tapisserie pattern and displays off-centered hours and minutes, a power reserve indicator and a date display. At 6 o’clock, the aperture reveals the tourbillon, one of the most prestigious complications in haute horlogerie.
This example is offered full set with its original box and papers and was originally sold in Moscow in 1999. It also belongs to an extremely limited production of only 5 pieces made in pink gold, making it one of the rarest Royal Oak tourbillon models ever produced.
An outstanding collector’s timepiece combining the revolutionary Royal Oak design with one of the most fascinating complications in haute horlogerie.
