An elegant Patek Philippe & Cie Genève open-face pocket watch manufactured in 1914 and sold on March 10th, 1919, as confirmed by the official Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives.
The watch houses the renowned 19’’’ Lever Escapement manual-winding movement, beautifully finished and fully signed by Patek Philippe, representing the outstanding craftsmanship for which the Geneva manufacture became renowned.
Its original white enamel dial features elegant black Breguet numerals, a subsidiary seconds register at 6 o’clock and the highly desirable double signature of the historic Roman retailer A. Cairelli Roma, adding both historical significance and considerable collector appeal.
The silver open-face case is enhanced by an 18K gold bezel, bow and lip, while the attractive mosaic decoration on the case back is specifically recorded in the official archive extract, confirming its originality.
